It’s time for the second installation of my DMA recitals and I’ve programmed an awesome/hellish concert of late 20th C canonic violin repertoire. I’ll be screeching through renditions of solo repertoire by Ferneyhough, Saariaho, Barrett and Lim before the incomparable Graeme Jennings joins me for a performance of Nono’s stunning violin duo.
In between sets you may have the pleasure of hearing a performance by the Queensland Conservatorium New Music Ensemble, so even if violin music isn’t your thing, you should probably come along.

It’s Tilman time again and you should definitely not miss it! All new compositions by Melbourne’s own electro-acoustic Wunderkind, Tilman Robinson in the Salon!
