My gorgeous Coomoora Ensemble with the wonderful Ann Morgan (harpsichord), Alison Catanach (traverso), and Edi Cordingley (‘cello) will be presenting a French programme for Organs of the Ballarat Goldfields Festival in Clunes this January, including Leclair’s extraordinary and epic Deuxième récréation de musique. How often do you get to hear French baroque music performed in country Victoria at 11am on a Monday morning?!
